Wow, another week…
At least we were in school for most of this one! Just one day off for cold, and I don’t know how anyone could disagree with keeping those little ones home when the temperature was -24F without the windchill.
That fact alone got me thinking on Tuesday about my Five for Friday post for Doodlebugs’ linky. While I wish I had classroom photos to share, I won’t be teaching again until April, after PARCC testing finishes. In the meantime, I’m going to dedicate my Five for Friday posts to things I think most of you will find useful and helpful.
Nothing in the winter is more helpful than having dinner ready when you walk in the door after a long, cold day in the classroom. (My room is never warm…how about yours?). So for this edition of Five for Friday, my 5 is dedicated to yummy, easy slow cooker recipes.
Do you have a favorite slow cooker recipe? I’d have to say my favorite thing to do with mine is make chicken stock. Couldn’t be easier!
