Is there a school cafeteria that doesn’t go through gallons of ranch dressing each day? Maybe it’s because I usually walked home each day for lunch in high school, or because I like my pizza to taste like, well, pizza, but I never picked up the ‘dousing everything with ranch dressing’ lunch tradition I see so many students do.
Although I don’t like it on my pizza, I do love it with veggies–but not the bottled stuff. Dressing is so simple to make and tastes so much better fresh. I dare you to try making your own!
Whether you love it or not, ranch dressing is an absolutely all-American invention. Find out how and where it was invented by checking out the articles below.
