Wow, what a week. And I don’t mean that in a good way. I have always said that four-day weeks in the classroom may be shorter but they have more drama and problems than a regular five-day week…and this week proved it. I spend my entire week giving state language tests. I sure wish I could just teach…remember those days?
Enough whining! Sunday is kinda my reset day, where I do a little reflection on last week and think about the upcoming week. Today, all I can think about is HOCKEY! My son and I are going to the NHL All-Star game here in Columbus later today. I never imagined I’d go to any professional sports all-star game, let alone the NHL. The energy in Nationwide Arena for regular Blue Jacket games is just insane, so I can only imagine what the All-Star game will bring.
And since you came for the Sunday Scoop linky from TeachingTrio, I’m done yakking. Here’s what’s on my mind this Sunday. You’ll probably laugh because they’re not my usual housework and schoolwork items. I’ve got hockey on the brain!
